Tantra: deepening presence

Tantra is a practice of presence in every moment. We do what the ancient masters have discovered: that if you open up your sexual energy to awareness, if you include it in your meditation - then presence deepens tangibly. Your sexual energy or kundalini becomes a force moving you towards your awakening to who you really are. Taking time - even a weekend away - to practice techniques that deepens the quality of your presence - can make a significant difference to the quality of your daily life.

This retreat

You are invited for a weekend next to the sea immersed in Tantric practice. The weekend will be an intense immersion in Tantric meditation practice, which is also mountains of fun! These include:

active meditations from the Osho tradition

Tantric partner meditations
dancing
playing with sound, breath and movement to deepen presence
jumping in the ocean

Times:  Friday 6pm - Sunday 4pm
Cost: R1 700 includes accommodation; each person will contribute towards a meal.

Who can come? The retreat is open to all; beginners are welcome, single people as well as couples. If this is your first retreat with me, we will have a conversation to make sure this event is right for you.
