The practice of Tantra

- Art of sacred sexuality-

Tantra is a practice like meditation, yoga or tai chi that deepens our ability to be present in every moment, in body, mind and spirit. The unique feature of Tantra is its inclusion of sexuality as a pathway to awareness.  By exploring our eroticism, we get access to repressed areas in our unconscious. When what is unconscious gets integrated in us, our experience of sexuality and intimacy goes to a whole new level.

Tantra encourages an attitude of willingness to be completely present in all aspects of life, to experience and feel whatever is in each moment. It includes the discomfort and vulnerability we otherwise hide, 'fix' or avoid. In this way, every moment becomes a pure act of presence for us, and our sexuality becomes a gateway to experiencing oneness with all of existence.

We have prepared this talk to give you a practical, real life taste of Tantra. We will be sharing with you some of our own experiences as Tantrikas and introduce you to ways of exploring your own life the Tantric way.
